The Prelude Chamber Music Camp is held annually at Hendricks Avenue Baptist Church, 4001 Hendricks Avenue, Jacksonville. What is so great about the camp?

1. We have outstanding experienced faculty.

2. We maintain a 4:1 (camper to teacher) ratio.

3. We welcome students of all ages & abilities. A teacher recommendation is the only requirement for admission. Some music reading ability expected

4. We offer non-competitive learning opportunities. Students may organize their own small ensemble or be assigned to an ensemble by our faculty who listens to a placement audition.

5. We are centrally located and convenient to our whole community

6. We provide opportunities to explore other aspects of music-making in our electives programs. Sign up for electives at placement audition.

7. We present performance opportunities for all participants during and after the camp sessions.

8. Partial scholarships are available by written request with application.

Applications with non-refundable $50 deposit are due by March 30, 2008.
There is an additional fee of $25 for late applications.
PLACEMENT AUDITIONS: Saturday, April 26 at Hendricks Ave. Baptist Church and
Sunday, April 27 at FCCJ, South Campus.

Cost: $250 per week or $400 for both weeks (includes tuition, music, camp T-shirt,
insurance, snacks, special events, and Master Classes)

Optional private lessons with our faculty may be available upon request for an additional fee.
We offer a 10% tuition discount for 2nd & 3rd family members attending both weeks.
